METHODS OF PAYMENT

PAYPAL

After completing the order you will be redirected via a secure connection (SSL) directly to the PayPal page. Payment via PayPal can be made with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, by direct debit or Giropay. An account with PayPal is required for the payment. If you don’t have a PayPal account or don’t want to register, you can conveniently pay by credit card or direct debit via PayPal guest access. Please note that your desired delivery address must also be stored at PayPal as a shipping address.

PREPAYMENT

Immediately after receipt of your order you will receive an e-mail with our bank details. The shipment of the goods takes place after receipt of money on our account. As a rule, it takes two banking days for SEPA transfers via online banking until we receive your payment. In case of SEPA-transfers via remittance slip it takes up to three bank working days. If you need more than 7 days for the payment, please let us know by phone or e-mail.

SOFORT (Klarna)

For payment with SOFORT (formerly Sofortüberweisung) you will be redirected via a secure connection (SSL) directly to the page of the payment service provider klarna.com after completing the order. Please have your bank code, your online banking access data (login and password/PIN) and a valid TAN (TAN list/iTAN/mTAN/smartTAN) ready. Your advantages: immediate shipment of the goods, automatic debit from your online bank account, highest security standards and no additional registration.

APPLE PAY, GOOGLE PAY,..

To pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or Google Chrome-Stored Credit Cards, your device and browser must support the respective payment method. In addition, the linked PayPal account or the credit card stored there must be correct and valid. Please note that the payment method will only be displayed if the above conditions are met.
